We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business relationships, retaining sales, and fostering business growth through effective communication and strategic planning.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with health insurance issuers to understand their needs and promote retention
- Retain business by identifying opportunities and creating communication channels.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data
- Market company products or services to existing and potential clients
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service
- Conduct warm calling to engage with prospects and convert leads into sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak coherently.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive business growth
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a sales team towards success
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions
