Seeking an Litigation Associate
We are an entrepreneurial business litigation firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced litigation associate to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients.
We want to be known for helping our corporate and individual clients in the defense of litigation. We are growing fast, and we need a litigation associate who can hit the ground running.
This position will be responsible for important work, including:
- Handle your own cases, from start to finish
- Attend simple and complex hearings and making argument on relevant issues
- Take and defend depositions, including party and expert depositions
- Attend mediation and engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel and clients
- Regularly communicate with clients for updates and strategy

We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need a litigation association with experience in civil litigation, including but not limited to personal injury, commercial litigation and landlord-tenant litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work at least 40 hours per week. Based on your experience, we will offer a compensation package of base pay and variable pay between $85,000 and $110,000 per year. Also, there is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
