We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service professional to join our team, help build our customer support strategy from the ground up and eventually lead a full team of customer support people. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for:
- Building & Owning the entire end-to-end customer service process dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
- Developing and implementing robust customer service processes to ensure seamless interactions across phone, email, and social media channels.
- Becoming a product expert on Happy Howl offerings, empowering you to confidently address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Championing a customer-centric culture that fosters loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses 5+ years of experience in customer service leadership, ideally within the online retail, health & wellness or pet industry.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and foster a positive team environment.
- Is a tech-savvy problem-solver with proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, Gmail, Recharge and social media management tools.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of initiatives.
- Holds a genuine passion for dogs and a deep understanding of their needs.
Happy Howl offers:
- Starting salary of $25-$30 per hour based on experience with the potential for monthly bonuses based on performance.

- Schedule will be Monday-Friday from 10am to 4pm EST and will be based out of our fulfillment center in Huntingdon Valley, PA.
