Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Utilize sales techniques such as telemarketing and outbound calling to reach prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships
- Specialize in technical sales, particularly in the technology sector
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or technology sales
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in warm calling, telemarketing, and outbound calling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
