This position primarily provides administrative support to the CEO and home office. It involves calendar and task management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, reports and presentations, project management for assigned projects, having an administrative overtone, and acting as an Office Manager for the home office.
Areas of Responsibility:

Provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer and other executive leaders as necessary

Oversee and support all administrative duties and ensure that the home office is operating smoothly

Maintain database and project support, including but not limited to: Operations, Legal, Finance, Client Relations

Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, creating reports and presentations

Partners with Finance for office budgets

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
-
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls

Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

Arrange travel for Home Office Employees

Maintain and manage meeting minutes and follow-up items

Coordinate and help manage marketing vendor relationships and projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have exceptional attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize

Must be a self-starter and driven

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

Discretion and ability to keep things confidential

Minimum 5 years’ experience with MS Office, Teams, Sharepoint,

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Customer focus with strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Prior Experience and Education
-
Previous experience providing executive assistant support to leadership, C-Suite
-
Must have 3-5 years directly supporting a CEO or similar executive
-
Previous experience owning multiple calendars, managing meetings and organizing travel
-
At least 3 years of experience creating presentations and relaying information with multiple stakeholders and collecting required information

AA Degree in related field of study
