Position Overview
Events are an important part of StoneX Group Inc.’s overall branding and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing & Promotions, the Event Marketing Automation Specialist will assume leadership role for everything Event Marketing Automation, globally, working with Global Events team members across the globe.

- Salesforce campaign management – creating and managing event campaigns
- Engagement campaign management within Pardot – setting up email campaigns per event to send on a set schedule
- Own Pardot templates for event marketing emails – reviewing and updating the templates regularly
- Use Pardot templates to create/design emails for event promotions
- Collaborate with the Director of Event Marketing and Promotion on larger and more complex email campaigns (i.e. Global Markets Outlook)
- Pull reports on email promotions after the event to review and assess the success of the campaigns and making recommendations based on the results
- Participate on all kick-off calls
- Assist Global Events Team Members, as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience with corporate meeting planning

The ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet deadlines

Outstanding project management skills

Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and with minimum direction

Robust attention to details

Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:

Hybrid work model: 3x a week in office, 2x a week remote

Ability to travel on-site for events, as needed (1 event every other year)
