Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $13.00 - 15.00/hr
Location: Akron, OH
This position has the opportunity for a Remote or Hybrid Schedule once the 4-8 week training has been completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting to end users includes password reset, general Q&A, assisting with visit errors, adding schedules, employees, and clients into the system as well as device and app support
- Methods of support include phone call, chat, and email tickets
- Typical day consists of handling approximately 25-30 transactions per day (may increase based on seasonal trends)
- Utilize basic soft skills to provide engaging customer service to each customer
- Additionally, most be able to document tickets to summarize
- Answering customer calls, chat, and email inquiries quickly and efficiently while providing an excellent customer experience
- Providing first call resolution while offering self-help options for future assistance
- Conduct outbound calls, as needed, to provide follow-up on existing issues and to drive program compliance.
- Respond to requests/tickets and record details for ticket per client and internal requirements.
- Communicate clearly/concisely with our customers.
Key Requirements:
- Ged/HS Diploma (Required)
- Customer Service Experience – 6 months (Required)
- Effective communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently to solve problems and gain/share knowledge.
