We are currently looking for a Sales Team Member for our growing Maaco Automotive Paint and Body Shop in the Charlotte market. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door within the automotive industry and put your sales experience into action.
The right candidate must show they have initiative to keep themselves going at all times as we have a busy work environment and there is always something to do around the facility. One must have organizational skills as well to better keep the customers informed and stay on top of customer vehicles while they are at our facility.
We have a very tenured and experienced staff to learn from and provide you with the knowledge of the business to get the keys and make a sale. Candidates must be punctual and reliable on a daily basis.
Organization is key to the position as we have customer vehicles in our possession and need to ensure we stay on top of all required paperwork, repairs and communications with the customers frequently.
The daily tasks associated with the position include answering the phones properly, maintaining the sales process on a consistent basis and some clerical duties regarding reports and cash handling.
Automotive experience is not required of the position as long as the candidate has the right work characteristics and attitude for the position.
The starting pay for this position starts at $15/HR depending on the experience. We also offer a range of benefits including PTO, medical, dental and more. This is a full time position scheduled Monday-Friday.
Initial training would occur at one of our other Triad locations for the first two weeks.
