We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our front desk team.
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at Bellah Therapies, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing patient check-ins and check-outs
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized appointment calendar
- Handling medical records and ensuring accuracy in data entry
- Assisting with health insurance verification and billing processes
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Performing general office duties such as filing, copying, and faxing
- Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
COVID-19 Precautions
- Personal protective equipment provided or required
- Temperature screenings
- Social distancing guidelines in place
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
