Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
- Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
- Timely documentation and billing
- Organize and update patient records
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Assist OTR's with collecting valuable data and progress to assist with updating goals.
The ideal candidate will perform therapy with a play-based approach, incorporating movement and gym activities into their therapy strategies. Experience with Sensory Integration, Primitive Reflexes or other pediatric specialties highly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from an accredited university
- Occupational Therapy Assistant license from the State of Massachusetts Required
- NBCOT Certification Required
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and indepenent work qualities
- Mentoring and working with OTA fieldwork students and interns on a daily basis.
- MUST BE RELIABLE and comes to work daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Autism in a pediatric population a plus
- Experience with Trauma informed care a plus
For the FULL-time position:
- Monday - Thursday schedule (8am – 7pm) 1 hour lunch break
- FRIDAY'S OFF
- WEEKEND'S OFF

Compensation and Benefits Include:
- Pay rate based on experience and paid position at hire (Full-time, Part-time, Fee-for-service, per diem options)

We specialize in phenomenal care in occupational, and speech therapy. We provide neurological, motor and sensory-based treatment promoting independence, community integration, fine/gross motor skill development, communication and social skill development.
