Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis services to children at our center Alpharetta. We provide comprehensive ABA to early learners, ages 1-6, in an engaging environment designed to maximize learning opportunities and social interaction.
Job Description
Provide one-on-one behavior interventions to increase communication, play, living, and social skills using the principles of ABA. All programs will be directed with the daily support of a BCBA Program Supervisor, and ongoing training will be provided through frequent collaboration and coaching.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- You must be reliable, dependable, and committed to personal growth.
- Engage children, provide positive reinforcement, and implement ABA techniques, while providing direct instruction and teaching appropriate play and social skills.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
Job Requirements
- Enjoy working with young children! (ages 1-6 years old)
- RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have access to a cell phone for schedule-related communications outside of business hours
- Must perform physical activity to ensure the safety of your client, including running, jumping, kneeling, moving rapidly from any position, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
