We are searching for a Administrative Assistant to aid the Director Of Operations and Office Personal in managing their workload. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing third-party application, website, implementing online marketing strategies, updating photos handling customer phone calls and organizing office paperwork, including filing, scanning, archiving document running errands, providing support for office and personal operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with responsibilities for office tasks, restaurant operations, and financial record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, representing the company professionally in all forms of communication.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, being able to work independently and as part of a team.- Reliable transportation for completing errands when necessary.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model, being able to work effectively both remotely and on-site.
- Run errands for the company on weekly basis. Mileage reimbursement.
- Do mail pick up and drop off to local U.S.P.S, Fed Ex and or U.P.S.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with office administration, including menu updates, responding to social media reviews, purchasing supplies, filing, and general office management.
- Assisting with tech-related issues, POS systems, and third-party delivery services.
- Assisting with general HR tasks, including on boarding new employees, updating employment/safety manuals, and managing employee documents.
- Contributing to developing and promoting a positive company culture, planning and managing company events and activities.
- Handling new business inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate and responsible for assignments with in the company and personal.
- Coordinating executive communications with employees, vendors, and customers.
- Working closely with the leadership team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments, policy changes, and answering employee questions.
- General administrative duties, such as maintaining the filing system, copying, marking paid bills, and communicating with vendors.
- Performing any other assigned duties
- Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.
Requirements and skills:
- Previous work experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, Google spreadsheets, and docs.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with office and restaurant gadgets and applications, such as POS systems, Windows computers, Android mobile phones, and tablets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant operations is a plus.
- Bilingualism in Spanish and English is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
