Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze emerging engineering technologies from a business perspective to assess their potential impact and opportunities for the company.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client payments to maintain positive client relationships and financial stability.
- Conduct comprehensive company analyses on prospective clients, including evaluating their history, leadership, revenue, financial backing, and other relevant factors to inform business decisions.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client interactions and facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage document storage and organization, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Purchase Orders (POs), and other essential documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations on both sides.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal groups such as engineering, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and innovation within the company.
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling, including setting up meetings and managing calendars efficiently.
- Provide support for trade shows, including relationship management activities such as organizing dinners and appointments to enhance business connections.
- Follow up on document collection and other tasks with persistence and attention to detail.
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings and follow up on action items to ensure progress and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with team members, such as Bryan, to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
3. Strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for technology.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage with clients.
5. Proficiency in building reports using data sets, such as Projector, showcasing strong analytical capabilities.
6. Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Technical background with familiarity in fields such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering.
8. Understanding of the business aspects of technology, with a preference for candidates who have experience in both technical and business roles.
9. Basic knowledge of business finance and accounting principles, with a willingness to further research and understand these concepts as needed.
10. Ability to identify opportunities for growth and development within the business context.
11. Experience or exposure to the practical application of technical knowledge in a business setting, demonstrating the ability to navigate technical challenges while maintaining focus on business objectives.
12. Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
13. Willingness to step out of comfort zones, continually expand learning boundaries, and adapt to new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,589.00 - $62,434.00 per year
