Looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians in PLASTIC Injection Molding for 3rd Shift with a flexible schedule. We are a well established, fast growing Company in a Climate Controlled, Clean Plant Facility.
Must have Plastic Injection Molding experience.
Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, PLC, mechanical, Industrial electrical systems, robotics, welding, lathe, vertical mill (Cincinnati, Toshiba, Van Dorn) etc. a PLUS

Job Duties & Expectations:
Maintain all machinery and equipment in the best possible condition. Responsibilities include repairs and Preventive Maintenance on all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, some building maintenance and fabrication. This position requires someone who can troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, hydraulic systems, PLC's, pumps and motors.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to measure parts to detect wear, misalignment or improper operation.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting with preparing labs for safety training.
- Communicate daily to Management Team.
- Document repair and maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
- Light fabrication – experience using oxygen / acetylene equipment is preferred.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Modifies, repairs, and rebuilds plant machinery and equipment.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends as required.
- Must know and follow ALL safety requirements and programs.
- Operating facility support equipment, to include Forklifts, Compressors, Drills, Welding equipment, etc
- Ordering of equipment and parts as well as following up on deliveries
- Participate in the implementation of various improvement projects
- Performs installation of new equipment and or relocation of equipment.
- Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair.
- Performing PM's, clean and lubricate on all injection molding machines and equipment.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Potential duties may include: Fabrication and Installation of related trades. Performing building maintenance and general carpentry or plumbing.
- Repairing injection molding machines.
- Using knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components in a variety of hands on tasks.
- Visually inspects and troubleshoots machines and equipment to locate cause of malfunction.
- Working with mechanical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.
