Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems.
Duties:
- Input and update data into databases and systems
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Create spreadsheets and pivot tables to organize data
- Maintain electronic files and documents
- Assist in order entry processes
- Conduct data collection and entry for various projects
- Provide administrative support as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with databases and data entry systems
- Ability to create and work with pivot tables in Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Experience in file management and organization
- Prior experience with order entry processes is a plus
- Strong administrative skills for supporting office operations
