Job Summary: As the Operations Director for Security and Facility Services at Pritchard Global Alliance, you will be vital in leading and overseeing all operational activities related to security and facility management. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure our clients' properties' safety, security, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with PGA's capabilities and client needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business priorities and objectives.
- To enhance property safety and security, utilize PGA's capabilities, including surveillance, access control, and patrolling.
- Operational Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring alignment with PGA's mission and values.
- Leadership to operations and recruiting team.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the operations team and monitor progress toward achieving them.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize security and facility management processes.
- Process Optimization and Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within PGA's scope of services.
- Implement measures to increase security personnel coverage and enhance access control measures.
- Utilize technology solutions, such as HubSpot Service Hub and TrackTik, to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Example: Utilize HubSpot Service Hub to streamline client communication and service ticketing processes, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and issues.
4. Resource Management:
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support operational activities and initiatives.
- Ensure optimal utilization of PGA's capabilities, including armed and unarmed security guards, CCTV, and building maintenance services.
- Identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost reduction to improve overall profitability.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance.
- Utilize key people, processes, and technology to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses to assess progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on business operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing security and facility management activities.
- Implement effective risk management processes and controls to safeguard company assets and reputation.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities with business objectives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational matters and provide timely updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Business Management
2. Consideration would be given to a bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations
Management, Security Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in security management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology solutions for security management, such as HubSpot Service Hub and TrackTik
- Thoroughly understand relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing security and facility management activities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions to drive performance improvement.
- Certification in security management or related fields, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP), is highly desirable.
Extensive experience working in the security and facility services industry, with a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, trends, and best practices.
