AlleReach Pharmacy is a closed-door, medium risk (category 2) sterile compounding pharmacy located in Dallas, Texas, and licensed in 47 states. Our focus is providing quality allergy immunotherapy treatments to our patients. Our technicians are experienced in all aspects of sterile compounding and play a major role in the success of our team.
Salary range: $24-$28 dependent upon experience and credentials
Salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
· Adhere to all AlleReach SOPs, Federal laws, and TSBP rules and regulations.
· Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations.
· Prepare compounded sterile products per USP <797> guidelines.
· Setup of cleanroom and supplies in preparation for compounding.
· Routine cleaning and maintenance of the compounding areas and equipment.
· Monitor inventory levels for low and expired supply and assist with biannual inventory counts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Current Texas Pharmacy Technician license.
· Sterile (IV) Certification. (Required)
· 2+ years sterile compounding experience. (Required)
COMPUTER LITERACY
· RxDispense, PCCA software, preferred but will train.
· MS Office, Outlook, and Teams.
· Tablet, stylus, and scanners.
· Other pharmacy software, as needed.
