**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Process payments and maintain accurate guest records - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Handle guest requests promptly and courteously - Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints **Experience:** - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer applications **Skills:** - Multilingual skills are a plus - Upselling experience is desirable - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - Knowledge of retail math is beneficial - Familiarity with technology sales is a bonus
