Embodying the essence of the division, the Division Coordinator steps into the role of being its recognizable and approachable representative. As the face of the division, this individual becomes the first point of contact for both internal and external interactions. They represent the division and company, lending a human touch to its identity.
Immersing oneself in the intricate mosaic of daily obligations, the Division Coordinator's scope encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities. This ranges from delving into the nuances of financial intricacies – managing deposits, overseeing sales transactions, and meticulously handling accounts receivable – to navigating the complex tapestry of administrative duties. Such tasks encompass scrutinizing timesheets, engaging in telephone dialogues, conducting pre-employment assessments, and diligently tending to personnel documentation. Furthermore, the role expands its responsibilities to include inventory control, adding a deeper layer of importance to its impact, and also encompasses facility maintenance, further enhancing its influence as the division's prominent representation.
What we are looking for:
- Exhibits a high level of organization and adaptability
