Our Customer Service Reps are responsible for managing multiple clients in a fast paced, highly rewarding atmosphere. As a Customer Service Representative at Western Express, you will get the opportunity to work in our state of the art corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN alongside some of the best minds in the industry. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow revenue by collaborating with others to deliver the best service solution to the customer.
Pay range based on a combination of Hourly pay, Overtime, and potential incentives. Hourly pay range $20.00 to $23.00.
Duties, Goals and Responsibilities
- This position is Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm
- Track freight and have proactive communication with customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Building long term relationships with customers
- Managing Transportation needs for those customers
- Working closely with a team of fellow associates to improve processes
- Making multiple phone calls per day to service customers
