Overview:
We are an Atlanta-area CPA firm with three offices. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Duluth office. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills and ability to multi-task. This position will involve a variety of administrative tasks and will require strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Process payroll and oversee general HR tasks
- File and maintain documents, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of payroll and general HR processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
This is a paid position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
