Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve providing administrative support, managing calendars, and assisting with various projects.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
-Schedule/ Verify appointments, collect patient information, prep charts for clinic
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Experience in a medical office setting is a bonus
