We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyse customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
