Established family-owned business is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for explaining and processing financial transactions and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
Work to grow your store by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, participating in, and hosting in-store and community events.
Ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Assist in running the store and day-to-day operations.
Utilize personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other company business throughout the workday.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and manage multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels.
Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance.

This is a 40 hour a week position.
Being punctual and regular attendance is required.
Some overtime may be required.
Must be able to work Saturdays 8:45 to 3:00.
Monday through Friday 9:00 to 6:00 (excluding your day off)
This position will have Sundays and Tuesdays off.
80 hours vacation time eligibility after ONE year of employment.
May be required to travel to other stores if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
