Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints.
Utilize scripts and training materials to effectively handle various customer situations and ensure consistency in service.
Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues as needed.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and patience.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
