Homecare Company Seeking RN for Comprehensive Client Assessments and Supervisor Visits
We are a homecare company in search of a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The primary responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments for our clients and providing supervisor visits to ensure compliance with Georgia State Regulations. This is a paid per assessment assignment.
Location: Preferably in the Gwinnett County and Rockdale County area.

Must be Proficient In the following
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors.
- Develop individualized nursing care plans based on assessment findings, in collaboration with the patient, their family, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Regularly evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Provide instruction on medication administration, dietary guidelines, and other aspects of the care plan.
- Address patients' questions and concerns, and provide emotional support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Work Environment:
- Primarily works in patients' homes, which may involve exposure to environmental hazards and infectious diseases.
- May also work in office settings or travel between patient homes as needed.
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
