Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve individual and team goals.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize profitability in both service and sales departments.

Ensure effective communication between corporate headquarters and the store, facilitating seamless operations and alignment with company objectives.

Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans accordingly.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.

Requirements:

Luxury dealership management experience

Minimum GSM experience required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a plus).

Proven track record of success in automotive retail management.

Strong understanding of automotive sales and service operations, including dealership processes and industry best practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies.

Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software.
