Our rapidly expanding cosmetic dermatology practice is currently seeking a Front Desk Aesthetic Coordinator to join our team.
Responsible for greeting patients upon arrival at the office and coordinating their visit with appropriate staff members in an efficient and pleasant manner; also provides effective communication with patients calling by telephone or via text.
Candidate will be involved in keeping clinic operations running smoothly. The Aesthetic Coordinator will provide product and service information. They will be responsible for keeping the clinic clean and assisting with administrative tasks.
Clinical training will be provided to ensure proper education to answer questions as well as understand the various procedures offered.

Experience in a similar capacity involving direct communication with the public, preferably in a medical or retail setting
- High school graduate
- Superior interpersonal and communications skills
- Outstanding listening skills and ability to empathize with others

Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting patients upon arrival at the office and coordinating their visit with appropriate staff members in an efficient and pleasant manner; also provides effective communication with patients calling by telephone or via text
- Candidate will be involved in keeping clinic operations running smoothly
- The Aesthetic Coordinator will provide product and service information and manage the clinic schedule
- They will be responsible for keeping the clinic clean and assistant with administrative tasks
- Greets each patient warmly upon arrival, determines needs, and ensures efficient transfer of care to other staff members as appropriate
- Checks patients in, and informs providers of their arrival
- Accurately records updates and corrections as needed
- Monitoring of Waiting Room: Regularly checks patients in the waiting room to ensure each is comfortable
- Reassures those patients subject to excessive waits and informs clinical staff of status as needed
- Ensures furnishings are orderly and clean
- Telephone Calls: Serves shared responsibility for answering telephone calls to the practice
- Greets each patient warmly, listens carefully, then directs the call appropriately
- Answers any treatment or product questions appropriately
- Other Duties: Performs other duties and assumes various responsibilities as determined by the practice
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
