FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and organized individual to coordinate front desk activities and act as receptionist for a fast paced, prominent Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa practice. The Front Desk Coordinator will provide superior customer service, strengthen and enhance the patient experience.
Must have strong customer service/sales experience, efficient computer skills, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Will be the first face of the practice (on the phone and in-person) and responsible for greeting/directing patients with a smile and making all patients feel welcome. Will also be accountable for managing the front desk, scheduling/confirming appointments, triage of calls, checking patients in/out, "chart" organization, as well as other special projects.
This position is a sales/customer service role, as well as an administrative support role for all new and existing patients in the practice. Must have a professional presentation that is representative of our upscale practice and also be a team player that thrives in a service environment.
§ Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
§ Medical office experience in the areas of plastic surgery and medical spa preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
§ Will consider experience in hospitality industry
