Job Summary :
Behavior Technicians work in the homes of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout the Manitowoc County area. They will work under the direction of a Treatment Therapist to provide ABA (applied behavior analysis) to the client. Behavior Technicians are responsible for teaching communication, emotional/behavioral regulation skills, play/social skills, and daily living skills. Paid training is provided. Following the training period, sessions will be in a 1:1 setting with the client and will be scheduled for 2-3 hours at a time. This position offers the potential for advancement.
Part time opportunities available - 15-30 hours per week (potential for more hours )

Behavior Technician Qualifications and Skills:
Required :
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years or older
- background check
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and participate on floor time activities
Preferred :
- Previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus
